I saw one of those things back in the 80s jci36.  Some loggers (brothers), that I hunted with for a time, captured one on 8mm film. It used to hang around their little personal sawmill.  Looked like a ghost flitin' through the woods.

I have seen two in all my years hunting..

Doesn't look like a piebald to me...It's not a true albino, but I know the difference between a white deer and an albino are the pink pigments, but a true piebald has brown spots.  That looks a lot like a white deer, w/ brown on its head (mostly from rubbing on trees and chemical releases on the glands behind the legs and on head) I could be wrong though.  Very cool pics!
