I uploaded a profile picture and it shows up in my User Control Panel, but doesn't show up in my messages. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or is some other setting incorrect?

Hi!  The "avatar" is what shows up with your posts.  If you go back into the control panel and add the photo again as avatar it will show on your posts.
 
 As you can see by mine, I have a different one for profile photo than I have as Avatar!
