Another rainy day so I put Evan's mount together. I think it came out pretty good. I added the spent shell case and the recovered bullet. While I tinkered all the joys and memories came back.....a 12 year old kid's first nice buck. I hope he likes it. I'm already working on a new concept for next year!

Very nicely done, Rick!  I'm sure Evan will proudly display it on his wall.  I like the idea of the recovered bullet and the fired cartridge on the plaque along with the antlers. Nice touch!
