Anyone have experience in how to communicate with these people?
5 emails...six weeks later and still no response.
Oh a plastic part lasted 30 rounds before getting mangled, have asked for this part to be replaced again no response.

I was led to believe that they were good people to deal with, does not seem to be the case unfortunately.

AT the moment, anything relating to guns, ammo, and/or reloading is CRAZY in the states j0e.
Demand has never been higher, as panic buying ensues.

I know that doesn't help any, and I feel for you, as Dillon has a great rep, and there is no excuse for not communicating.
But the level of demand is out of their hands.

What is the part name/number?

Always, always CALL when you need a response. Don`t wait for them.

Dillon's website shows it as "in stock," so I would order it and send them back the broken one and ask for a refund.

If the $10.75 USD is worth the hassle that is.
Yes, I know there's a principle involved here, but for the sake of expedience in the current climate,...

Just asking, could you make a replacement of light metal or steel, there by improving on the factory?

There's a thought.
And if it must be plastic. maybe substitute HDPE or UHMW.
Both of which work/machine well on a lathe.

I called several times on two lines: one toll free and one not. Toll free was always busy and tolled was never answered.

this surprises me, but really shows the frenzy that the US is whipped into right now.  I have talked to Dillon many times on the phone, and don't even recall hitting a phone tree or being put on hold.  Their customer service is top notch, I wouldn't hold the current situation against them.
