Well I finally got round to working it all out and put those three cheaper modern scopes that I mistakenly brought up for sale on e-bay today. Saves having them cluttering up the drawer. Of course whilst perusing the auctions I found another interesting Parker-Hale item. A "Watson" type foresight that would have fitted on my BSA Model E very well indeed :Banghead: of course I have just fitted a new "Williams" Gold Bead blade to it :undecided:  oh well I suppose that's the way the cookie crumbles

The "Watson" is a protected bead for hunting, although it has a tunnel over the bead the Tunnel is cut back at an angle to allow the light to reach the bead. I have only seen them in the catalogues and not one in the flesh so to speak :shy: .
Go Get them Floyd!
