I'm gonna have to find out where to get one of those, my cousins 1st birthday is coming up in december and I think his parents would love it!!

The brand name is Blinky.  You might try Wal Mart, Penny's infants or just search Blinky on the internet.  A lot of stores carry Blinky passes.  They have a lot of different designs.  The different designs are big sellers so you might run into a problem with this particular design but they have many others.

I have seen them that caused me to take a second look. :D
