Sorry but I sort of expected interested parties to do a little research them selves.
I appreciate that, BH, but in THIS thread, I'm trying to demonstrate both the importance of providing the soure of one's "knowledge", AND to show that by doing so, we prevent "says who" conflicts when the posted information might be challenged. Believe me when I say I appreciate the effort!
