Kombi has had problems with Highland brass too in his 9.3.

Having said that I use Highland brass for all my reloading except for my .22 Hornet and it is great. Lasts longer than any othe brass and is half the price.

And their factory ammo is the most accurate .308 and .223 that I have ever used.

My .308 is a Savage 99, lever actions are not know for their ability to chamber tight cases and if a had a problem it would certainly show up in this rifle.

F/L size your brass and see if that works.

As a side note, Kombi gave me around 200 once fired .308 cases. I think they were fired in a S.L.R. or M14?
After F/L sizing them they still wouldn't chamber. I need to get a small base die and run the cases through.
