I'm sorry if I came across as flippant, I didn't mean to. I am currently a little perturbed with Barnes and their decision to discontinue the 200gr XFB. My rifle loved that load. I may try the BTST but I use my 338 Win Mag for elk and I'm not sure about the performance on elk. I prefer a bullet that doesn't come apart as I have seen other boat tails do. But if I do get a load with the BTST or a ballistic tip I may take it for coyotes next year just because I can.
Ask not what your government can do for you. Ask how your government can go away and get out of your life.

Speaking of "milsurp" rifles............got a big surprise today....duhhhhhhh!

I had my 6.5-06 and 257 Ackley Improved on 1903 Springfield actions in a hide-a-way gun cabinet and low-an-behold-----I found 2 1924 Yugo's that I forgot that I had.............yikes...........almost like finding the "lost dutchman's mine"!  These are pristine in the original military configuration...........happy days!!!!
