New from Louisiana

New to forums and new to hunting really. I got into it last season. Got my own 20ga. this season. My daughter got a BB Gun few weeks ago and already shoots like a pro LOL. Recently moved where theres deer pretty much in my backyard. Any words of wisdom for a newbie like myself?

Welcome to the camp.

After you tire of BAMBI HELPER the judicious use of sage, salt and pepper will do a alot.

If it is dead you used enough gun

There is no wrong way to get the fur, feathers or scales off.

Remember, every hunt is a successful hunt even if you don't bring home the game to show for it because you have spent time with family out in the wonders of God's creation. Welcome to the board! What part of Louisiana are you from?

Welcome aboard! It should be about squirrel season down there. I used to live in Simpson and Pineville when I was a kid and everybody lived for squirrel season.
