I have some boneless, skinless, Atlantic salmon  in the smoke cooker, it having had 36 hours of sugar cure.
I shall post a picture after it is done, about 5: today.

Nice flavor but it actually came out as jerky, very chewy.
I shall shorten the smoking time, next time.

Fish - of all sort - takes a 'light hand' for most of it's preparation as food.
