Luck of the Irish menu!

Tonight in the crockpot we are having corned beef and cabbage with potato's and carrots.  For desert maybe an Apple Dumpling with homemade icecream.
 
What is everyone else having??

Catfish!....:D ............(fresh caught in the creek , yesterday....We don't do deserts)..............BH51....

we had a roast in the crockpot last night Penny!!! Corn beef and cabbage sounds good too. As far as catfish, I usually throw them back!!!!!!! God Bless.

Most we catch around here are channel, flathead, and blue cats.
 
They're fun to catch when they get upwards of 15-20 lbs. ;)

to be honest with you, I have no idea what kind of catfish they are. We call them hornpout. they rarely get much bigger than 10". lots of peope do eat them up here though. they are just a pain to clean and I would rather have a brook trout, salmon, or lake trout. God Bless.
