Anyone out there have any good jerky recipes? Beef or deer it doesn't matter.

Don't do beef, but with deer I marinate thin strips with a half-n-half
solution of worcestershire sauce and water about 4 hrs...give it all a good
dou'sing of black pepper and dehydrate till it is slightly flexible and then
store it in zip-locks in the fridge....Simple....Caution; do not break it out
in front of friend (or foe)...they will eat it up....and, it's best you got teeth,
